Complete System Order Form

A-Tech Fabrication is a leader in designing state-of-the-art computer systems for the home theater. Now you can purchase a complete system assembled and tested by the experienced team at A-Tech Fabrication and know you are getting the best. Every component in the system is individually selected and tested for compatibility and performance. Each system is hand assembled with care to ensure the highest in quality and reliability. The completed system is stress-tested for 24 hours to ensure all components are functioning properly.

The aluminum case and all aluminum brackets are treated by an anodizing process for corrosion protection and a long lasting uniform finish. The rear portion of chassis is black anodized. The faceplate and buttons can be either black or silver.

Faceplate Logo Graphics

The Faceplate can include custom graphics and lettering during the anodizing process. Graphics can include company logo, button labels, system specs, and warning labels. Artwork to be provided by customer. Artwork should be in a vector format for best results. Preferred file format is PDF or Adobe Illustrator.

Optical Drive

Slim-line, Slot-loading drive

Faceplate is machined for a slim-line slot-loading drive and includes a custom machined eject button. All models have a SATA interface.

Rack Mount

The case can be ordered with a one-piece rack mount faceplate which incorporates the rack mounting into the wider faceplate for a seamless look. The overall width of the faceplate is 19". Oval mounting holes are recessed and centered at 18.312". Faceplate height is 3.50" or rack size 2U.

IR Receiver Mounting

IR Receiver

Faceplate is machined with a cutout to fit a infrared receiver. Includes IR receiver, internal USB cable, and remote control. IR receiver works with Windows 7 Home Premium and Ultimate versions, no drivers are required.

A CIR sensor is used on all Intel motherboards. MB's that do not have a CIR header will have a USB sensor. The CIR sensor has added functionality for powering up/down system depending on the remote control used and how the power button functions. The included remote control utilizes sleep mode when powering down.

The standard hard drive installed is the 250GB Seagate Momentus 7200 RPM 2.5" drive. We also offer the 2.5" 1TB WD Scorpio Blue 5200 RPM drive which runs very quietly.

We also offer larger 3.5" hard drives as an option. The low power Seagate Barracuda Green 5900 RPM drives are a good choice for increased capacity and runs fairly quiet. The Seagate XT 7200 RPM drives offer more performance at the cost of more noise and heat.

For total silence and extreme speed, a solid state drive (SSD) is the way to go. SSD prices have come way down lately making them a viable choice for your system. System boot-up time is typically 15 seconds and programs launch in the blink of an eye. Adding an SSD gives you the most noticeable performance increase over any other type of upgrade.

Select Dual drives for additional storage. With dual drives, we install the operating system and programs on the SSD and set-up the second HDD for data and media storage.

The Ceton InfiniTV 4 digital quad-tuner card allows you to record four digital cable or four over-the-air high-definition programs at the same time.
