A-Tech Fabrication Policies

ORDERING
Although you can place a order over the phone, we prefer to have orders placed online so that we get the correct shipping and billing information. Also our custom cases have lots of options to choose from, the online order form makes selecting each option easier. We begin the manufacturing of your custom case once the order and payment information has been submitted.
 
SHIPPING
Within the USA, we use UPS for all shipping. Outside the USA, you may select UPS or USPS in the shopping cart. All orders (excluding custom made cases) placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to customers from all over the world. Select your billing and shipping options in the shopping cart while checking out. The shopping cart will give you shipping costs by entering your zip code before checking out. International orders must pay using PayPal or wire transfer. Credit cards may not process because of address verification (AVS). Some credit cards may pass AVS if the issuing bank has a branch inside the USA.  For wire transfers, please select the "Mail Order" or "Off-line" option in the shopping cart and add a note that you wish to send a wire transfer.
 
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within California will be charged the applicable sales tax. Resellers within California must file a resale card with us to be exempt from sales taxes. Contact us prior to your purchase.
 
CHANGES TO ORDER
You may change the options on your custom case after the order has been submitted, no additional fee will apply if  your case has not been manufactured yet. If you wish to add an option to the case after work has begun, the option can be added, but shipping may be delayed if the change is made near the ship date. If your case has already been finished and anodized, a refinishing fee will apply.
 
CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancelled order policy applies to custom made cases only. You may cancel your order within one week from date of order and receive a full refund. Because the material and labor involved with building your case is expensive, orders cancelled after one week will be subject to a 10% or $100 cancellation fee (whichever is greater) to cover our material and labor costs.
 
WARRANTY
A-Tech Fabrication's custom made computer and storage cases are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for five years. All other products (excluding electrical components) are warranted for one year. Complete Systems have a one year warranty. This includes parts and labor. In the event of a defect or malfunction, A-Tech Fabrication will remedy the problem by repair or replacement, as deemed necessary. This warranty is considered void if the defect, malfunction or failure of the product or any component part was caused by damage (not resulting from a defect or malfunction), abuse or tampering while in the possession of the customer, or failure to comply with A-Tech Fabrication installation, assembly, and operating instructions. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss or damage for the returned product during shipment. Warranty applies to original owner only.
 
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days of  shipment. Defective products will be exchanged or refunded. Replacement parts will be shipped back free of shipping costs within the United States, customer must pay replacement shipping costs outside of the USA. All non-defective returns (excluding custom cases) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom made-to-order computer cases are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $100, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss or damage for the returned product during shipment. All returned products must be 100% complete, in new condition, and free from any wear or damage to any components. Returns must be made in the original shipping container and packaging. If any component is missing or damaged, A-Tech Fabrication may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing or damaged components.
 
PRIVACY

A-Tech Fabrication only collects information used to process orders. A-Tech Fabrication may contact you with questions about your order, but we do not send out unsolicited email. We will respect your right to privacy. Therefore, we will not share or sell customer information or email addresses to any third party.

 

SECURITY

A-Tech Fabrication does not collect or store credit card information on its website servers. Credit card orders are handled by a secure PCI certified payment processor. We also use a secure shopping cart service to handle all online ordering. To verify the shopping carts website authenticity, click the ControlScan logo on any shopping cart page.
