System Performance
Thermal testing with Intel DH57JG motherboard

Test Conclusion:

At 50% and 100% load, the fanless HeatSync Cooling System kept the processor 8-9C degrees cooler (including change in ambient air temp) than the stock Intel fan-cooled heatsink using the default BIOS fan control settings. Motherboard and Voltage Regulator temps were lower due to the hot air downdraft from the fan-cooled CPU actually heating up the other MB components. The PCH temps were 7-10C degrees higher because with the fan cooled CPU, there is some additional air flow over the PCH heatsink. All temps, with either cooling system, remained within Intel's allowable range.
